The company has been operating since 2011 and develops its activities both in Poland and in other European countries, providing the highest quality products and services related to the development and maximization of the value of commercial assets for both individual and corporate investors.

Rule 1

We conduct investments in a sustainable manner.

Our priority is to preserve the environmental values of the areas where the projects are implemented. We achieve this, inter alia, by planting additional trees and shrubs in a thoughtful manner and significantly exceeding the actions required by law.
We conduct these projects in cooperation with residents and scientists who help us define the conditions and create truly unique habitats for animals and plants in the areas where we operate, which directly translates into building additional value for local communities.

Rule 2

We conduct awareness-raising campaigns and promote appropriate attitudes in the context of nature protection and sustainable development. Such actions take the form of workshops and educational materials conducted and prepared in cooperation with recognized academic centers and selected institutions operating in the areas where we conduct investments.

Rule 3

All our new projects are certified in the BREEAM ecological certification system and largely financed with the use of instruments / entities supporting the development of ecological investments (e.g. OTP Bank)

Rule 4

Reduction of emissions and actions designed to reduce Scallier's ecological footprint: reduce material consumption, clean transport, reduce utilities consumption and switch largely to renewable energy sources in a five-year perspective.
