Ozimska Park – new Scallier retail project in Opole
Scallier is launching a new retail development in Opole – Ozimska Park. The development will be built on the site of the former Galeria Ozimska, whose largest tenant was a Tesco hypermarket.
Transformation of a known location
The new complex will combine:
-
modern shopping arcade,
-
classic retail park.
The total leasable area will be 18,000 sqm GLA.
Scallier is responsible for:
-
Co-activation of the project,
-
Preparation of the commercialization concept,
-
Supervision of the reconstruction and ongoing management of the facility.
Ozimska Park is scheduled to open in August 2023. The design stage and preparations for the redevelopment of the complex are currently underway.
Excellent location
Ozimska Park is being built at 72 Ozimska Street, one of Opole’s main thoroughfares, just minutes from the city center.
