As part of the Legal team in Romania, Patricia is responsible with the legal aspects the company is involved in, drafting contracts and managing the registration documents of the projects, ensuring they adhere to the Government rules and regulations at all times.
She also skillfully formulates provisions and clauses for the leasing contracts, communicates with the tenants, and prepares reports regarding the leases.
