Modern quality for smaller cities
“The needs of retail chains for modern space in smaller Romanian cities exceed current supply.
Our retail parks offer high standards for both customers and employees.”
– Adrian Aleman, Development Director, Scallier Romania
Scallier parks are flexible and tailored to the expectations of local communities. In addition to international brands, local entrepreneurs with smaller-scale retail and service outlets also find their place.
“This diversification of offerings, combined with gastronomy, meets the needs of Romanian city dwellers who value shopping combined with leisure activities.”
– adds Adrian Aleman
Attractiveness for investors
“Our retail parks are a new quality in small and medium-sized Romanian cities.
Flexible structure and rents settled in euros make them attractive to foreign investors.”
– Wojciech Jurga, Managing Partner at Scallier
In this way, Scallier is actively contributing to the modern retail ecosystem in Romania, bringing quality projects to markets that were previously lacking them.
BREEAM green standard
Like Scallier’s other developments in Romania, the retail park in Turda will be BREEAM certified, confirming that it meets international environmental standards.
