A retail park on Grunwaldzka Street in Bydgoszcz will provide about 13,000 sf of retail space to the local market. In Toruń, the new facility will be built on Bukowa Street, adjacent to CH Aura and Castorama. It will have an area of 10 thousand sqm. In the seaside town of Darlowo, Phase I of the project will see the completion of a park with an area of over 7 thousand sqm, located on the main access road. Implementation of stage II of the project in Ruda Śląska will bring another 6 thousand sqm.
In the case of the retail park under construction in Zabrze on Wolności Street, Scallier is involved, not only in the commercialization process, but also in project management, which involves the selection, contracting and coordination of the work of all contractors participating in the implementation of the investment. The facility will be built on the site of a demolished chain store.
