“The key to success is not only a diverse offer, but also clear architecture and efficient communication infrastructure, which translate into convenience and speed of shopping.”
– Bartosz Nowak
Local retail parks – the future of everyday shopping
Retail parks are increasingly part of the supply chain for online sales – serving as pick-up points for orders, especially in the consumer electronics, home appliances and FMCG segments.
“Not every smaller city will generate the traffic to justify the investment. The right location, business plan, land price, analysis of competition and market absorption are key.”
– Bartosz Nowak
A format with a future
“I believe that the market for retail parks and freestanding pavilions will continue to grow rapidly. Unlike large malls, which generate high operating costs and whose markets are saturated, retail parks will remain the first choice of consumers in many product categories.”
– Bartosz Nowak
