The company has been involved in the project since 2015, since the purchase of the first land for the development. In subsequent stages, it was responsible for, among other things, managing the property, overseeing the demolition of an obsolete commercial pavilion belonging to one of the grocery chains, and acquiring an adjacent plot of land, which made it possible to implement the project in its target scale and formula.
About the investment in Zabrze.
The retail park is being built in the southeastern part of Zabrze, on provincial road No. 902, a key thoroughfare of the Upper Silesian Industrial District, being the western section of the Drogowa Trasa Średnicowa. The location along the heavily traveled route ensures high exposure of the building and convenient transportation access.
The project is being developed on a plot of approximately 1 hectare and will include two modern commercial buildings with a total floor area of approximately 3,000 sqm. The Aldi store, which is located next to the investment, further strengthens the commercial potential of the location and the attractiveness of the project from the perspective of tenants and equity investors.
“In the implementation of the project, Scallier is responsible for fully securing investor interests, including both commercialization and comprehensive management of the investment process. The scope of the company’s activities includes control of the entire decision-making cycle – from the preparation of project documentation, through the selection and contracting of contractors and ongoing coordination of work at all stages up to the commissioning of the facility.”
– reports Wojciech Jurga, managing partner at Scallier.
The general contractor for the investment is the MBT company. The residents of Zabrze, a city of more than 150,000 people, will be able to use the offer of the new facility as early as November this year.
“The project has attracted very strong interest from tenants. More than 90 percent of the space on offer has already been leased before construction work began. The park will house stores of such brands as Rossmann and Sinsay. It will also house, among others, Xtreme Fitness, Xtreme Kids and Bank PKO BP.”
– says Anna Wojciechowska, Senior Leasing Manager at Scallier.
