A new shopping center, Ławica Shopping Park, opened in Poznań on August 28, 2025. The facility was built in one of the most attractive locations in the city – on Bukowska Street, in close proximity to the airport.
Modern concept and full commercialization
Shoal Shopping Park is distinguished by its original architectural concept. The shopping park has three glass buildings with characteristic rounded walls and a light, openwork roof. The building offers more than 7,000 sqm of leasable space, which was almost entirely leased even before the opening.
There are 17 commercial establishments in the center – Media Expert, Lidl, Action, Pepco, Maxi Zoo, Sofa & Friends, among others, have opened their stores here, as well as the first drugstore in Poznań of the German brand DM. The offer is complemented by everyday services, such as an optical salon, pharmacy, florist, parcel machine, food zone and Gorąco Polecam bakery.
Our role
Scallier was responsible for comprehensive consulting support for the development. The team acted as strategic commercial advisor and exclusive commercialization agent, coordinating the tenant acquisition process and shaping the final layout of the retail offer.
Now, as part of the continued cooperation, Scallier is also responsible for managing the facility as Property Manager. This function is performed by Rafal Langer, Head of Property Management at the company.
– We are proud to launch such an unconventional and impressive facility as Ławica Shopping Park. This is a special project for us – we participated in it from the beginning, from the moment the idea of its implementation was initiated. We are pleased that we could support the investor at every stage and today manage this unique retail park – emphasizes Bartosz Nowak, Managing Partner at Scallier.
Comfort for Customers
Ławica Shopping Park is not only a retail offer, but also a space designed with users’ comfort in mind. The facility provides external entrances to all premises, convenient parking for more than 200 cars and spaces for bicycles. Numerous plantings are being carried out around the complex, and eventually there will be more than 900 new trees.
