Due to the rapid growth of our portfolio of managed properties, we are looking for someone to support our Property Management team in the day-to-day management of retail properties throughout Poland.
The main responsibilities of this position will include collaborating with Property Managers, maintaining relationships with tenants and clients, monitoring contract compliance, coordinating the work of service providers, participating in the preparation of operating budgets, and assisting with the management of technical and administrative documentation for the property.
