At the beginning of 2026, Mateusz Sobczak joined Scallier’s structures in Poland, taking up the position of Project Manager in the Development Department. The expansion of the team is an important element of the company’s strategic strengthening of its competence base in the area of project execution in response to the intensive development of its commercial real estate portfolio and the growing scale of its investments.
Mateusz Sobczak is an experienced engineer with 15 years of experience in project management in the commercial real estate market. During his career to date, he has worked with leading warehouse developers such as MLP Group S.A. and 7R. He took part in the implementation of investments for Action and CCC chains. He has extensive experience in construction management and investor supervision of complex cubic objects.
Matthew earned his CCIM designation, which allowed him to expand his professional competence in developing analyses and conducting due diligence processes for land and investment facilities.
In his new role, Mateusz Sobczak will be responsible for the preparation and supervision of construction and technical works. His tasks will include the selection of General Contractors, coordination of administrative and acceptance procedures, management of fit-out projects and technical audits of properties for purchase and further development.
