Scallier has announced the opening of a retail park in Pyrzyce, West Pomerania.
The project was carried out in a strategic partnership by PKB Inwest Construction as the developer of the investment and Scallier, responsible for site selection and acquisition, comprehensive consulting support, commercialization of the facility, as well as the process of selling the property, which has just been implemented.
The new retail park is the first modern shopping center in Pyrzyce, with a population of about 13,000, located 45 kilometers from Szczecin.
The facility is located surrounded by residential and recreational-sports developments, a few dozen meters from the center, on provincial road No. 122, which, as well as two other provincial roads running through the city, makes it easy for residents of the 39,000-strong Pyrzyce district to access the park.
– Construction of the Pyrzyce retail park began in the first half of 2024. The efficient execution of the project in cooperation with PKB Inwest Budowa allowed the facility to open in less than a year from the start of work. The park meets the highest construction standards and was designed with customer convenience in mind. All retail units have a direct entrance from the outside. In addition, to improve communication, the parking lot has been integrated with the adjacent parking area of the Bricomarche store,” informs Bartosz Nowak, Managing Partner at Scallier.
Even before the official opening at the end of May this year, the entire area of the facility – 2,000 sq. m. GLA had been contracted. The intimate complex has introduced popular brands to the local market. Among the stores it houses are Media Expert, CCC, Sinsay, Worldbox and Żabka. In the immediate vicinity of the park is a Bricomarche construction and decoration supermarket. Popular chain stores Lidl and Biedronka are also located nearby.
– Interest in leasing space in modern convenience centers in cities with low retail saturation remains very high, which is confirmed by the rapid commercialization of the park in Pyrzyce,” says Anna Wojciechowska, Senior Leasing Manager at Scallier, responsible for the commercialization process of the facility. – The complementary retail offer in this location with well-known brands, which is complemented by nearby grocery and industrial markets, makes it possible to satisfy the local community’s shopping needs in attractive conditions, she adds.
Residents of Pyrzowice and the surrounding area, who now have at their disposal a high-end retail facility with interesting visual qualities with a well-chosen offer, can now satisfy most of their current shopping needs close to home.
