A new 6,725 sqm retail park will open in Pszczyna in spring 2022. The investment will provide residents of the city and surrounding areas with a modern retail and service offer, tailored to local needs and global trends.

According to the EY Future Consumer Index (2021) study:

  • 56% of consumers want to buy fresh food in retail parks(up from 20%),

  • 51% choose packaged foods(up from 24%),

  • 27.5% buy cosmetics there(up from 21%).

In comparison, shopping centers recorded much lower values: 4%, 6% and 19.5%, respectively.
