Scallier develops portfolio of retail parks in Poland and Romania
In 2021, Scallier successfully commercialized and launched further investments in Poland and Romania, continuing its dynamic growth in the retail real estate market. The company specializes in the construction and management of compact retail parks, responding to the needs of local communities and the expectations of tenants.
Key implementations in Poland

Pszczyna – 6,725 m² GLA, scheduled to open in spring 2022
