Tenants include both international and domestic brands:
-
Sinsay
-
Pepco
-
KiK
-
Kids Outlet
-
Animax
-
Xpress
-
Hervis
There will also be plenty of food and entertainment on offer:

restaurants: Dabo Doner, Bun de Tot

Scallier – a new quality of commerce in Romania’s smaller cities
“Our facilities bring modern retail to small and medium-sized Romanian cities. They respond to both the high standards of retail chains and the needs of local communities.”
– Wojciech Jurga, Managing Partner at Scallier
With a variety of shopping and dining options, Scallier’s retail parks are becoming local centers of everyday life, not just shopping destinations.
Growing potential of the Romanian market
“Romania has great potential for the development of modern retail space. More than 1/3 of all available modern space is located in Bucharest alone, while smaller cities are still waiting for their chance.”
– Adrian Aleman, Development Director at Scallier
In cities like Focsani, residents expect greater accessibility to international brands without having to travel to major metropolitan areas.
Ambitious plans for the future
Scallier is not slowing down – construction of more retail parks is underway, with the next opening scheduled for spring 2022. At the same time, the company:
-
is in advanced talks with tenants,
-
plans to expand its land bank in Romania,
-
prepares new commercial projects to meet the needs of local communities.
