Company growth and expansion

Scallier was established in 2011 in response to the growing market for retail and service space in Poland.

The company initially provided real estate management and brokerage services for renting or trading real estate. The company operates throughout the country, including in real estate development projects. As of 2019, it has a presence in the Romanian market.

Management team

We are a qualified team of professionals with years of experience in the commercial real estate industry.

The company’s co-founders and business partners are Wojciech Jurga and Bartosz Nowak, who prior to founding Scallier worked for a nationwide real estate agency and retail space developer.

We have several years of experience in the field of management of facilities of any size, our team, know how and IT tools effectively take care of the properties of our clients.

Bartosz Nowak
Co-founder and Managing Partner in Poland
Bartek gained experience managing a portfolio of diversified retail properties for private and institutional investors. He is the author of a well-known specialized study in the industry titled. “Managing Commercial Real Estate” Warsaw, 2014.
Wojciech Jurga
Co-founder and Managing Partner in Poland and Romania
He manages investments, develops and implements long-term investment strategies for the firm's clients and leads investment processes. He is an experienced manager and advises on complex purchase or sale transactions. He is currently developing a chain of retail parks in Romania under the Funshop Park brand.
