He manages investments, develops and implements long-term investment strategies for the firm's clients and leads investment processes. He is an experienced manager and advises on complex purchase or sale transactions. He is currently developing a chain of retail parks in Romania under the Funshop Park brand.
Bartosz Nowak
Co-founder and Managing Partner in Poland
Bartek gained experience managing a portfolio of diversified retail properties for private and institutional investors. He is the author of a well-known specialized study in the industry titled. “Managing Commercial Real Estate” Warsaw, 2014.
Adrian Aleman
Partner and Development Director in Romania
Adrian coordinates the operations of Scallier's office in Romania, drawing on years of experience in retail space development. He is responsible for site selection, negotiations and overseeing the development of retail parks - from the planning stage to the delivery of top-quality completed facilities.
