Four people joined Scallier in recent months, strengthening the rental and property management departments. The increase in employment is related to the increase in the number of projects carried out by the company resulting from the growing demand on the Polish market for modern retail space located in retail parks and other smaller commercial formats. Scallier is an asset manager and real estate developer specializing in the retail sector. The company has been operating since 2011 and develops its activities both in Poland and in other European countries, providing the highest quality products and services related to the development and maximization of the value of commercial assets for both individual and corporate investors.

Anna Wojciechowska as a Senior Leasing Manager will strengthen the consulting and leasing department of commercial space. Anna has been involved in the real estate market for over 20 years. She gained her experience, among others at CREAM Property Advisors as a leasing manager. She also cooperated with Mallson, Savills and Komex (5.10.15.), Representing the company's portfolio. She answered, inter alia, for such projects as Galeria Madison in Gdańsk, Max Shopping Center in Tarnów, Galeria Rynek in Tomaszów Lubelski, Galeria Młyńska in Racibórz, Centrum OK in Strzegom and Wałbrzych, Galeria Wisła in Płock, Morski Park Handlowy in Gdańsk, Octava Park in Warsaw, Centrum Haffner in Sopot, Stalchemia Shopping Park in Siedlce and many others. Anna Wojciechowska is a graduate of the Faculty of Management at the Warsaw School of Economics.
Marta Kaźmierczak as Real Estate Manager. Marta gained her experience in the real estate market by working in retail chains. She participated in the investment process related to the development of the international trade group of the food and DIY industry in Poland (Grupa Muszkieterów), as well as the expansion of the Polish jewelry industry network, both in Poland and abroad. Marta is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Adam Mickiewicz in Poznań. Part of her studies was carried out in Italy at the University of Padua (Università degli Studi di Padova). Marta speaks fluent English, Italian and French.
Marek Misiek is a Property Manager at Scallier. For over twenty years, Marek has been involved in the broadly understood real estate management, which includes primarily commercial property management, technical service of real estate, commercialization, coordination of facility management processes in managed facilities and coordination of fitout projects. In his career so far, he has been responsible, among others, for the modernization of commercial real estate and for the implementation of new projects for domestic and foreign investors. Marek is a licensed real estate manager and broker. He also has SEP qualifications in the field of supervision of electrical installations.
Paulina Müller, who as Leasing Coordinator participates in the commercialization of new development projects and supervises the lease of the existing property portfolio managed by Scallier. Paulina gained experience as a Property Manager responsible for the functioning of commercial projects. Previously, she worked for Sierra Balmain, among others.
