Scallier, which manages the Kęty Retail Park, concluded a lease agreement with the German retailer TEDi, which entered the Polish market this year.
The new tenant will occupy the area of 730 m2. The envisaged opening date of the shop is 30 August 2018. Thus, by leasing the last larger free unit in the retail park in Kęty the project turned out to be a huge success, perfectly matching the local market needs.
The Kęty Retail Park was built on the area of the former Knitting Workers’ Cooperative of 1 May. The modern facility was built in less than one and a half years. The complex consists of two separate one-storey buildings with the total area of 7 thousand m2. The area of the bigger building is 5.2 thousand m2, while the area of the smaller one is 1.8 thousand m2. Each shop has a separate entrance from an internal roofed pedestrian passage which directly neighbours a large well-lit car park with 239 parking spaces.
Scallier experts were responsible for the business concept, tenant-mix and the commercialisation of the project. On the opening date, Scallier took over the management of the facility on behalf of the owner.
