On Thursday, 5 October 2017, at 10 o’clock, the Kęty Retail Park located at Żwirki i Wigury Street in Kęty, Malpolska Province was opened. The modern facility was built in one and a half years.

The Kęty Retail Park was built on the area of the former Knitting Workers’ Cooperative of 1 May. The modern facility was built in less than one and a half years. The complex consists of two separate one-storey buildings with the total area of 7000m2. The area of the bigger building is 5.2 thousand m2, while the area of the smaller one is 1.8 thousand m2. Each shop has a separate entrance from an internal roofed pedestrian passage which directly neighbours a large well-lit car park with 239 parking spaces.

The property is located in a residential area in the south of the city at Kościuszki Street (which is the National Road no. 52) leading from the city centre to the production plants of Grupa Kęty S.A. The buildings stand opposite each other at a place connecting 3-go Maja and Żwirki i Wigury Streets. Thanks to this convenient location, the Kęty Retail Park is an easily accessible shopping place for several thousand inhabitants of Kęty and neighbouring communes. The area is surrounded by many blocks of flats and houses.

Building A is occupied by the following retailers: Intermarche, CCC, Pepco, Martes Sport, Neonet, Textil Market, KIK, Rossmann, and Ks Sport.
Whereas, the tenants of building B are: an Abra Meble furniture shop, Urwis and Świat Zabawek shops with children products, a Salexi lingerie salon, an optician and an exchange office.

Scallier experts were responsible for the business concept, tenant-mix and the commercialisation of the project. On the opening date, Scallier took over the management of the property on behalf of the new owner.
