Duties:

  • Making telephone contact with prospective customers and carrying out customer survey,
  • Organising and participating in meetings with prospective tenants,
  • Achieving qualitative and quantitative sales objectives,
  • Preparing offers, presentations and reports,
  • Cooperating with the marketing team and property managers,
  • Participating in marketing campaigns organised by the company.

 

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of work experience in sales of B2B services (backed by successes),
  • Proficient use of MS Office tools,
  • Good organisation of work,
  • Self-reliant in actions, ready to gain new knowledge and skills,
  • High interpersonal skills (communicativeness and openness to team work),
  • Positive attitude to people and the world and a good sense of humour,
  • Active cat. B driving licence.
