Scallier, which provides property management service for the Grona Park commercial building in Zielona Góra, facilitated the lease of the premises to Hecht Polska, a company dealing with sales of gardening equipment.
The contract between Hecht Polska, a Polish branch of the Czech company Hecht Motors s.r.o., and the landlord was signed on 14 June. The tenant will occupy the area of 715 m2, and it will be one of the first shops of its chain in Poland.
The premises for Hecht was the last available place in Grona Park. Before that, Scallier had brokered the lease of smaller premises for such tenants as Selene mattresses and a pet shop, which had occupied 170 m2 and 140 m2 respectively, and the expansion of the existing shop of the KIK chain. Thus, the facility managed by Scallier is fully let.
Grona Park is owned by a subsidiary to Vantage Development, a developer from Wrocław, listed on the Warsaw stock market. The retail facility is of the area of 2800 m2 and was put into service in 2014. Scallier deals with comprehensive management of this property on behalf of the owner.
